Pink Yeti tumbler giveaway

Congratulations to Jolene, winner of yesterday’s handmade “Gather” sign!

Ok, confession time. I only first heard about the Yeti cup *… a year ago? Apparently these cups are YOUGE in the South, amiright? When I asked my sister who spent a few years living in Louisiana if she had heard of these, her eyes lit up.

“Yes! Everyone in the South is obsessed with them!”

Maybe an overgeneralization, but you guys. Yeti cups? Totally my new jam.

For those of you who’ve never heard of them, they’re stainless steel tumblers with clear lids for both hot and cold beverages. They don’t “sweat” with cold drinks and keep your hot one toasty. Seriously, why do I give this stuff away? I want one too. I see this being perfect to take along camping, or for sitting next to your computer as you work, as well as being toted from room to room as your toddler runs everywhere. Really, this thing can go anywhere. And it’s big enough that you can get your water intake in without having to constantly refill it.

I’m giving away this pink powder-coated 30 oz Yeti and the winner gets to have their monogram on it! Squee!

All you have to do to enter to win is:

  1. Subscribe to my blog, if you haven’t already AND
  2. Leave a comment on this post telling me what adventures you would bring this cup on if you won it. (I would be the one toting this from room to room.) (Comments on Facebook and Instagram WON’T count. The comments need to be left here.)

The Pink Yeti Cup giveaway (valid only in the U.S. and Canada) will end on January 14 (tonight) at 11:59pm, CST.
The winner will be chosen at random by Random Name Picker  the next morning.
The winner will be notified by email the following day, and will have 24 hours to reply back to me, or a new winner will be chosen. All prizes will be mailed out to winners at the end of the giveaway series.

*Hey guys! This post is not sponsored. I just really love this product!

I would take it on my trip to Mexico so I can keep all my cocktails nice and cold while lying on the beach.

I would take it to Las Vegas, Niagara Falls, Yosemite Nat’l Park, Yellowstone,,, wherever I go and I’d probably take it to work too.

Wish I had a trip planned like Vicki! I would carry mine from school drop off to story time to my PT to my daughter’s therapy… basically we are always on the go so I’d finally have a great cup for my water (instead of never drinking enough).

I commute everywhere I go (i.e. I feel like I live in my car some days) so it would keep the liquids flowing no matter where the day takes me.

Where wouldn’t I bring this cup!?

Recently I have really wanted to travel to see the Grand Canyon. I still have yet to see the ocean as well (sad I know). I want to hike canyons and camp next to water falls! Someday!

I would take it everywhere, on weekend errand adventures and hope my boyfriend doesn’t “borrow” it since he’s known to lose travel cups.

This cup would come with me every day to work with ice in it so I can keep cold water on hand! We don’t have any at work and this mama cannot stand drinking room temperature water lol!

I’m definitely the one toting it room to room, bringing it to work and the cabin as well. I have one that I usually bring to work that’s got a straw I put in it. It keeps cold drinks sooooo cold for a long time! I’m a sucker for ice cold water so it’s always a plus.

I’ve heard about these Yeti cups but have never actually seen hem in person! Mine would be used for everyday use, mostly for helping me get my daily water intake in!

I wish I had a cool adventure to take it on but truthfully I’ll probably just take it to work and tote it around when out with my kiddo 🙂

  23. January 14, 2017 / 1:21 pm

I have a 21-month old and twins on the way, so I’d carry this around with me now as I’m waddling after my toddler, and later when I’m downing coffee and trying to keep all three of them alive! 🙂

Honestly the first thing I thought when I saw this cup was two things: I need this but this would also be perfect for one of my best friends. She is a pregnant first time momma who loves the great outdoors. She’s a veteran, has worked in state parks, and oh did I mention she’s prego with twins!! I can’t think of a more deserving person who will need her beverages to stay hot or iced.

Well being a new mom of twin boys my reality would be that this cup would help me to finish my morning cup of coffee before needing to reheat it 20x before finishing it. My dream world would be to take it hiking in the mountains! Both are awesome adventures!

  31. January 14, 2017 / 4:37 pm

I have heard of these mugs, but never tried them! I’m so glad you are back to blogging! I would take this mug to work with me every single day because I have a difficult class and I need all of the coffee that I can handle to get me through the days! 😉

This year’s adventures will be updating our little house! We will be in and out of our house, shopping for materials, meeting with contractors, and putting our own blood sweat and tears into the renovations. This cup will go with me wherever I go and keep me hydrated when I am working hard on house projects. Thank you!

  43. January 14, 2017 / 11:31 pm

I’m going to just admit that I’m lame and speak truth. This cup would adventure its way to work with me three days a week and the other 4 days? Yup…it would make the crazy trip with me to the couch. But I would ensure that it was filled with only the best lattes 🙂
